When you work in a failing construct, one out of three effects may take hold.
Ø Apathy – what can I do?
Ø Empathy – wow, I understand?
Ø Rebel Rouser….a.k.a. Hater! – shinning the light on apathy…

What is the purpose of staying in a construct that have purposely chosen to be apart of a failure?

Now, I realize that in the world, a Rebel Rouser maybe seen as a trouble-maker, one whose single pursuit is to disrupt calming seas.

The Undercurrent
Those individuals who clearly see the obvious failures of the construct, institution or corporate entity, but lack the necessary power to shift; hence upholding the values of the undercurrent.

The Rebel Rouser
The Rebel Rouser is seen as the exploiter of the undercurrent, hence the disrupter of calming seas. I am that Rebel Rouser_ But my goal is not to wreak havoc for personal gain; rather I wreak havoc to gain proper function.
Even television shows celebrate society’s dysfunctions.
Writers are rewarded for how well they represent dysfunction.

What if the writers and the rest of society are wrong?
What if, instead of celebrating dysfunction, we Rebel against it for corrective action?

We’ve all heard or read the statement, “reeling against the status quo”. Yet, more times than not_ the status remains, and the “quo” actually gets bigger _ In fact recent news reflect the salaries of those hired or elected to act on the behalf of the Rebel Rouser (challengers to the status quo). Those hired or elected to represent; actually become apart of the quo.

So why do people take part in the quo?

4. God will handle it
3. Peer pressure (everybody hates it…and yet they endure)
2. Finances
1. Fear
Ø Change
Ø Failure

I propose…that if you give those who complain, a means to control their own destiny, 99% of them will choose apathy.
